Information you choose to share

Parent enquiries ask for a parent or guardian’s name, contact number, the student’s class, school board, subjects, Indore locality, and preferred timings. Tutor applications ask for contact details, qualifications, teaching subjects, experience, preferred areas, and availability.

Parents or guardians should make enquiries for children. Please avoid sharing a child’s full name, identity documents, or a full home address in the initial enquiry.

How the forms work

The forms prepare a message and open WhatsApp. The website does not submit your form entries to a Vanuku database. You review the draft and choose whether to send it. Opening WhatsApp shares the draft with that service, and sending it shares the message and WhatsApp account details with Vanuku Tutor.

WhatsApp is a separate service. Its handling of your information is described in WhatsApp’s privacy policy. You can also contact us by telephone.

Why we ask for these details

Enquiry details help us respond, check tuition or teaching availability, and discuss subjects, locality, timings, and fees. If arranging tuition requires sharing contact or learning details with a tutor, discuss what will be shared with us first.

Theme preference and hosting

The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. The enquiry forms do not save their entries in local storage. Your hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses when their services are used.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests
